Price first, then the fix
You get the price before any work starts. Approve it and we fix it. If replacing makes more sense, we’ll show you both options.
Free second opinion
Got a quote to replace your system?
If a quote doesn’t feel right, send it to us. We’ll come look at your system for free. If a repair makes more sense, we’ll tell you. If replacement does, you’ll get our price up front, before any work starts.
The second-opinion visit is free even if you don’t hire us. Heating and cooling systems only.
Questions
Camas heating and cooling questions
Do you serve Camas?

How much does a repair visit cost?
The diagnostic is $159, and it’s free when you approve the repair the same visit. You get the repair price before any work starts.
Do I need a permit to replace a furnace or heat pump in Camas?
Yes. The City of Camas Building Division issues residential mechanical permits, filed through its Civic Access portal. We pull the permit as part of the job.
Does the east wind matter for a heat pump in Camas?
It does. Camas sits near the west end of the Columbia River Gorge, and in winter cold air from east of the Cascades drains west through the Gorge as an east wind (University of Washington Atmospheric Sciences). During the January 2024 storms, winds near the Gorge topped 50 mph and temperatures dropped to around 16°F (Camas-Washougal Post-Record). A heat pump here should be sized for those cold, windy stretches, not an average winter day. A dual-fuel system, a heat pump with a gas furnace as backup, is one way to cover them.
Are there rebates for heat pumps in Camas?
You may qualify. Clark Public Utilities rebates heat pumps in electrically heated homes when a participating contractor does the work, and Comfort 360 is a participating contractor in its Heat Pump Contractor Network. We check what your home qualifies for at your estimate.
